Our expeditions are a journey with a purpose, shared with friends old and new. They create the opportunity to explore new places, learn new skills, meet new people and make memories that last a lifetime.
We walk, paddle or ride over a number of days with space either side to help make sure you are properly prepared and supposed for the adventure that lies ahead. With short offerings for those new to expeditions and longer options further afield there is something here for everyone.
We can also organise something just for your group. Whether that is something bespoke for your family, a group of friends, a club or even your work colleagues - get in touch and we will organise something that is perfect for you!
Expeditions in the UK
A weekend expedition into the beautiful hills of Dartmoor. Journey through the moorland, step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the wild around you.
Whether it’s your first time walking in this terrain or you’re looking to build confidence in your skills, you’ll be supported throughout. We can work on navigation skills, moving with confidence over uneven ground, and cover lightweight camping skills - at a pace that feels right for you.
Come and spend some time outdoors with us, without pressure or expectation.
Spend a weekend traversing the park, taking in dramatic views, towering waterfalls, and landscapes shaped by both nature and history. It’s a chance to step away from the everyday and try something a little different.
You’ll be supported throughout, with space to challenge yourself, learn as you go, and settle into a rhythm that feels both rewarding and achievable.
Paddle the upper reaches of the River Thames - the longest river situated wholly in England. Over two days, we’ll explore some of its quieter stretches, winding through open countryside before camping on one of its 80 islands.
We’ll set the journey up as two ‘day trips’, so you won’t need to carry your kit on your board unless you want to. Instead, you can focus on your paddling while using the river as a real environment to build confidence, refine your skills, and settle into the rhythm of travelling by water.
